The UCPS572-SS61A 72” 2-Door Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table + Cold Wall with Sealed Condiment Rail is a durable, high-efficiency prep station designed to keep pizza ingredients cold, organized, and ready for fast assembly. It features a cold wall refrigerated base (28°F–46°F) and a sealed glass-top refrigerated condiment rail (35°F–50°F) to help maintain freshness during service and overnight holding (pans not included; 1/3 size adapter bars supplied). Built with AISI 304 stainless steel interior/exterior, rounded interior corners, CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulation, and an epoxy-coated sealed evaporator to reduce corrosion risk, it’s made for demanding commercial kitchens. The unit includes digital temperature controls with alarms, autodefrost, a side-mounted high-efficiency compressor, one epoxy-coated shelf per door section, and casters (two locking). It ships factory pre-wired with an 11 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug and is ETL sanitation certified and NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant.
